For returns initiated for personal reasons such as preference changes, color concerns, or ordering the wrong style, customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back. No additional handling fees are charged beyond the shipping cost itself.

Return Shipping Guidelines

If the return is caused by an issue with the product or shipping error, we will absorb the full shipping cost. For all other reasons, customers will be responsible for the transportation fees. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery and prevent processing delays.

Refund Timeline

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for eligible orders. Replacement items are shipped after the original product has been received and successfully inspected. Packages that are returned due to refusal, an inaccurate address, or failure to pick up the shipment may incur additional return shipping fees or re-delivery charges, which must be covered by the customer.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
