Shipping Policy
Overview
OMBRELLON is committed to delivering your orders reliably and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process purchases, typical handling and transit times, shipping fees, and what to do if there’s an issue with delivery. Please read the information below so you know what to expect after placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. During processing we verify order details, prepare items for shipment, and arrange carrier pickup. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking number when available.
Order Cut-Off and Business Days
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on Monday through Friday are generally handled the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses is not available unless explicitly offered at checkout.
Estimated Transit Times
After dispatch, most orders arrive within approximately 13–15 business days. Transit times can vary depending on carrier schedules, destination distance, local customs procedures, and weather or other conditions beyond our control. Tracking information is provided so you can monitor progress.
Shipping Fees
Our standard shipping fee is $9.99 for orders below $60. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $60.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. If you choose expedited shipping at checkout, an expedited fee of $14.99 will apply. Any available shipping options and final costs are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For any shipments that require customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or other fees, the recipient is responsible for those charges. OMBRELLON does not collect or pay customs fees on behalf of the customer unless explicitly stated. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
Order Tracking
When your package leaves our facility, we will email you shipment details and the carrier-assigned tracking number. You may track delivery on the carrier’s website using that number. If tracking shows no updates or appears delayed, contact our support team for assistance.
Packaging and Handling
We package items using appropriate protective materials based on size and fragility to reduce the chance of damage in transit. If you receive an item that appears damaged, please keep the packaging and take photos before disposing of anything.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost, contact OMBRELLON promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.
Address Changes and Delivery Instructions
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. If you need to change the address after ordering, contact us immediately; we will attempt to update the shipment before it leaves our facility but cannot guarantee changes once a package has been dispatched. If you have special delivery instructions, add them during checkout where the option is provided.
Carrier Delays and Force Majeure
OMBRELLON is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control. In such cases we will provide available updates and assist with carrier claims where possible.
Privacy and Data Use for Shipping
To process and deliver your order we use personal data such as your name, address, phone number, and order details. This information is used solely for fulfillment, carrier booking, customs documentation when required, and communicating delivery status. Personal data used for shipping is handled according to our Privacy Policy and will not be used for unrelated purposes without consent.
Recommended Shipping Practices
We recommend customers use a secure, deliverable address and, for returns or high-value items, choose a trackable shipping method. Retain shipment receipts and tracking numbers until delivery and any return or refund is completed.
